Type of the system: Non-Thermal corona bench-top multi-parameter (mp) PLC conltrolled custom-build system to evaluate decomposition of toxic compounds and sterilization actions in a contaminated air or exhaust flows.

System Overview:   Input power: versions 230 V one phase (2 kw) and 380 Volts, 3-phase 50-60 Hz for 4 /8 kw,

Accurate controls of corona basic parameters:
    pulse parameters of PFN - voltage and current with the included PC DSO scope,
    temperature of treated gas,
pre-stored sets of recommended corona parameters by an on-board CPU,
• Interactive display to re-program and to store pulse parameters,
• Off-the-shelf electrical components for replacements,
• Low temperature operation including for heated gases,
• Relatively low capital and operating costs.



Pulse parameters:

Pulse energy:  can be set from 1J to 10J by changing PFN capacitors and by setting the charging voltage
  from 10 kV  to 30 kV,
Pulse width:  from 200 ns to 10 µsec, depending on gas parameters, and on the pulse energy  dissipation,
Pulse rate: can be set from 0.1 Hz to 100 Hz,
Run Timer: 1 pulse, or from 1 sec to a few hours, with the count-down clock.


Front panel:

LCD (Siemens 5.5") panel with soft-keys to change a pulse rate, a pulse energy and a run time. 
LED indicators for interlock positions,
System On-Off switch,
Emergency stop button.



Options:

• Gas cooler to treat high-temperature (150 to 500 ̊C) gases ,
• Catalyst to increase oxidation processes,
• Extension coaxial reatcors to prolong treatment time at the same gas flow,
• Flat reactors with the same control system for sterilization of packaging,  or of thin flat or cylindrical products (caps),
• Instrumentation to measure plasma parameters (electron density, gas composition, UV light spectra)
• Custom reactord from desk-top to medium sized pilot systems,

Safety standards:

CE  by SBS GmbH,Fully interlocked,
